I successfully deployed an agent configuration of remote control only to two devices. When I try to launch the remote control on either device I get the error message above. The recommended solution is "Try reinstalling". Reinstall what? I don't see how you can reinstall anything on the core server once you have installed it. I did reinstall the remote control application on both devices, but that made no difference. The only suggestion I see from LanDesk is deleting the Temp Internet Files. I knew that wouldn't make a difference, and it didn't. Does "Try Reinstalling" mean reinstalling the remote control viewer on the core server from which I am trying to remote control? If so, how on earth do you do that? There is nothing about this in the documentation. Please help. Thanks.
