We are having problems when the RC mirror driver installed and McKesson Horizon Rad Station Distributed v11 (DXView). In short, DXView is a digital imaging software for viewing medical images and diagnostic reports. The problem is, when a Remote Control session is initiated on the machine, it will cause it to blue screen and reboot if the DXView application is open. So far, our only option was to remove the mirror driver from the agents because this application is installed on 80% of our machines.
Wondering if anyone else out there has ever run across an application that conflicts with the mirror driver installed and are there any workarounds?? We pretty much got an "it's not our problem" when we asked the vendor for suggestions as to what process/services is running when DXView is launched that could be causing this.
