Displaying errors with Lenovo T510i

Hi Community,

I installed the LANDesk Agent (v. 9 SP1) on a new Lenovo T510i (WindowsXP SP3). All worked fine until I tried to remote control the machine. Here is the screen I'm getting.

I can work on the machine but after a short time the rcgui.exe crashes and an error can be found in the event log:

(translation: error in application rcgui.exe, version 9.0.1.5, failed module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.5512, error address 0x00028beb.)

I also tried to uninstall (also with /forceclean) and reinstall the agent but it didn't work.

Does somebody know where this is coming from?
