Remote Control of Windows 7

I am using Management Suite 9.0.3.1 and agent is 9.0.3.8 on a 2008R2 server.

I have almost 1000 computers in inventory and most are running Windows 7 Pro. On some computers when we launch a remote control session we get the screen asking for Ctrl-Alt-Delete and to log into the PC even when a user is currently logged in. We are not able to view what the user sees. I have tried reinstalling the agent with a self contained exe and also wscfg32.exe. Most of the desktops work fine but a few don't connect to the current session and require the remote user to log on and create their own environment. Any ideas?
