New non-LANDesk antivirus is blocking remote control feature.

We recently upgraded the antivirus on our network after which the remote control feature stopped working.  I get the following when trying to connect remotely to any computer in our network.  The statement in blue brings up a box where I can enter the credentials asked for, but even using a Domain Administrator account gives the same result.  Does anyone know what has to be added to the exceptions in the antivirus to allow the remote control to pass through and contact the remote computer?
