Get Credentails Required box when accessing Windows 7

Hello. When we use LANDesk remote control on a Windows 7 machine, we are prompted for "Credentials Required". We have users that use remote control but do not have administrator accounts to bypass this login box. Is there someway we can correct this problem? Thanks.
