I have a need for techs, who are not located at my facility to be able to remote machines at my facility with the webconsole. They do not have admin rights on their own workstations and they are getting the following error when they try to remote a machine here.
The remote control viewer was not installed properly. Try reinstalling.
Contact your administrator if you are unable to complete the installation.
How can I get these guys access to remote our machines? What is the most painless solution?
