I've recently upgraded to 8.8 with SP3 and have installed an additional console on my desktop to manage users. Since then I receive "LANDesk Instant Support Suite Console Has Stopped Working" when ever I try to remote into a client machine from my desktop. I'm using Windows 7 but I have also tried it on a Vista machine and it gives the same error. But when I install the console on an XP machine it works and let's me remote into a clients desktop whether it be viewing, chatting, etc... Obviously it has something to do wiht Vista and Windows 7 but I'm lost as how to resolve it. Any help would be appreciated.
