We have just installed our LDMS 8.8 and have noticed the following behaviour;
- From the core server any remote control sessions attempted to date has worked as expected.
- From an admin PC (Lenovo R61 Laptop) with the remote console installed a remote control session will only work if the user on the target PC has logged in. If an attempt is made to log on to the target PC without a user logged in, the LANDesk Remote Control client on the Admin PC will hang and stop responding after the Connection Messages screen displays "Initializing keyboard filter" (all other messages are 'normal' prior to this). No subsequent messages are displayed and leaving the session for up to 30 minutes has no effect. (another words nothing happens and you have to shutdown the remote console app on the admin PC).
Anyone have any ideas as to what the problem could be?
