9.5 SP2 Patch 0314 - Remote control permission granting not working.
Hello All,
After applying the 0314 patch to our 9.5 SP2 core, we can't do Remote Control.
I have read the few discussion about troubleshooting Remote Control issues, and I can't find the problem.
When trying to RC, the console shows this:
- Trying to connect to xx.xx.xx.xx. using TCP
- The remote computer on xx.xx.xx.xx was contacted using TCP.
Then an error: Unable to find the remote control Web service on 'Core'
Then we get a pop up window asking for credentials (the currently logged-in user doesn't have rights to access the remote computer). User HAS rights to.
I have a ticket opened with Landesk since last week, but I am getting to the point that I am trying to escalate the ticket.
